cabling company, Mike Fleming had a vision of creating
innovative solutions that would revolutionize the

As founder of TracNet™ Services, he has worked to
develop unique web-based services that meet the
needs of service contractors in enhancing their
operational efficiencies and that provide organizations
with a proven method for managing their cabling
assets. Mr. Fleming's proven entrepreneurial leadership,

Geoff Oakes has been appointed as Chief Operating Officer by TracNet Services, bringing with him over 15 years of experience in the global high technology industry. Geoff has demonstrated accomplishments in both domestic and international business development, with outstanding achievement in formulating sales and services development strategies. Prior to joining TracNet, Geoff was Vice President Sales at Nuvo Network Management. Under Geoff’s leadership Nuvo revenue grew over 600% in just five years. Prior to joining Nuvo, Geoff worked with Newbridge Networks as Director, Business Development. In the capacity of Chief Operating Officer, Geoff is responsible for the day to day operation, growth and profitability of TracNet Services.

Ralph
joined the TracNet team as President in 2000 after
gaining invaluable experience as Executive Vice
President and CFO of BCI Inc. In his new
role, Ralph continues to play a key role in local
TracNet business planning, strategy and tactical
planning at the same time investigating TracNet
opportunities in the US market. As a
graduate of the Business Administration program at
the University of Ottawa, Ralph has held executive
positions with Cablecom International and the Bell
Canada Enterprises family of companies. Ralph’s
expertise in strategic and operational planning
gained from 10 years of experience in both
international, US and Canadian markets,
strengthens TracNet™ Services' business and
branding with its clients.

Biro possesses a wide variety of skills and knowledge
in technical development, consulting and business
analysis. His past career experience includes: commercial
software development, project management and product
management (including quality control). As a graduate
of Northwood University's Business Administration
program, he is responsible for the development and
support of TracNet™ online services and ensures
each service maintains the highest operational integrity.
